Processing Time
​
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Custom wig orders or made-to-order items may take 5–10 business days for processing before shipping.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking
​
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Locations​
​
We currently ship to all U.S. states and most international countries.
Please note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost, Damaged, Stolen Packages, Refunds

We are not responsible for orders lost or damaged during transit. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
